Herbalife TERMINATOR

Hari ini memang busy, di kelab bersama customer 8-11 pagi. Tambahan esok naik harga, so middle month EOM. Tapi kena sharing juga. Dikunjungi pula oleh seorang distributor, juga seorang newly qualified SV last month nak belajar order online. I knew something was not right for a while, you know when someone is not vibrating high energy. When I started talking, she started crying. Which I expected, dan memang tercari2 emosi yg terpendam itu.

Herbalife di Malaysia dah 6 tahun. Saya baru bermula 3 tahun yg lepas. Lain sungguh bila kita join, kerana momentum is crazy right now. So, when everything is moving so fast, sometimes, we get so overwhelmed. Teruja dan GO GO GO tu memang penting, tapi kadang2, dalam fast lane, kita kena belajar take two steps back, recharge, to go forward again.

So in life and business, there must be a balance. Blogging was one of the way i vent my joy and frustrations, especially the latter. It helps. I don't know why I stopped blogging after college. Sometimes, mungkin kawan dan keluarga pun pelik apa saya buat selama ni. Eh, lepas college

jual barang? wah turun berat? Herbalife? What is this?

Yes, I admit I have been quite the introvert on this topic, even after 3 years. I hope this blog will help my family and friends to understand, or especially for my fellow Herbalife team (under one Mark Hughes' family line).

Anyways, back to the topic. Yes, semua nak cepat, tambahan kalau tgk momentum esp di HOMs or STSs in KL or Penang, rasanya nak bulldoze all the way through. Reality is that we shouldn't scramble. Yes, grab the opportunity. NOW is the Time. Tapi bukan dengan ketakutan dan rasa dengki if someone is doing better, or you feel you lagging behind. Of course, I went through all that. So, ahem.. speaking from experience. ;)

Jim Rohn says "Don't Wish It Was Easier, Wish You Were Better". It's true, but even now, when all the system is in place, some growing distributors masih nak cari "The Secret Recipe" (not the cake franchise). I also thought that way until I stopped thinking, and start following the steps, exactly what the leaders were saying. So, ICU. Ikut cakap upline saja. When you do, results shows.

Balance in life and business sgt penting. I was a Herbalife TERMINATOR. It's okay if you're aggressive but when you grow as a leader, tak boleh pakai tembak je. I learned patience, I learned to be more humble, I learned to listen, I learned to have a bigger heart. I learned to response not react. In other words, I learned to be better instead of wishing.

So, as Senior Exec 2 diamond 20k President's Team, Pak Faisal Solichin from Indonesia prescribed to put Spiritual Life No1, Family life No2, and Business/Herbalife No3. Kalau rasa macam pancit, letih, bingung, runsing, tak tahu dah nak buat apa, mungkin balance tu lari dah.

I have sceptical family members and friends. Same like most of you, maybe you are dealing with sceptical spouse (suami/isteri). Bawa je ke Extravaganza. Look what happened to my family. Thumbs up, big smile, maybe I can share our family journey next post. :) This is our 3rd year in 2011.
