Why people Fail? Coz they stopped learning, and trying

From Clint's training yesterday about having a story. Working today and looking back and say it's all worth it, taking your Herbalife shake not just for the sake of taking it, but to get results. #reflection

My Story: Started from an Oily faced college graduate student.

Looking back the 5 years journey... it's only by divine intervention and a lot of hope, faith, courage in the midst of fear.... and lot of personal development by teachers from when I was a child till now.... It's the tough teachers that make you grow... The only reason you see successful individuals and get inspired it's because of what they went through, not necessarily by material things.

It's the hardship, the rejections, the believing in yourself before anyone else did, that mould someone.

Bagaimana acuannya, begitulah kuihnya? Betul? So make sure acuan betul ya...

There's no easy way, like Mark Hughes always said, we can give you all the tablets, and shakes and flyers.. but you're going to be the one to make the shake, swallow the tablets... and give out the flyers.

You got to have the BEST ATTITUDE first, then results come. If you don't take the program correctly can you get results? Er... So, if you don't learn well, you don't do well... Learning, capture the right things....

I truly believe that. It's just the first steps, now stepping into my quarter life in a couple of months.
"Character isn't something you were born with and can't change, like your fingerprint. It's something you weren't born with and must take responsibility for forming" - Jim Rohn

#reponsibility #owningyourlife #takecharge

And some BEST things in life are not all monetary. It's in the moments.

Having friends while learning from them. Ibu Dame is a degree holder of chinese studies from Indonesia. She's an example of leadership to many women. Her own sister, who was a maternity nurse (bidan), is also a President's Team in Herbalife. This is from Herbalife Family Foundation dinner, this dinner costed RM1000 per pax, proceeds to the Casa Herbalife children around 89 countries.

Have dinner with the millionaires, amazing night that raised over USD 1 million with bidding.. It was the energy we got from the amazing humble and generous people we met.. Just a humbling experience...

And we shall see her at Bootcamp, have you gotten your tickets yet for 24-25 August 2013??

You get time in business, and with your family (make sure you always include them in your activities)
Just counting the years you have with your loved ones, there's not much left really. Make time... Even though sometimes you can't stand each other (lol) mother-daughter on the way to Bangkok

A picture with my cousin in Melbourne, Herbalife paid vacation... You know the expression, the world is your oyster? Pun not intended. ;) Always a dream to hang out at Docklands, Melbourne (the way i've always imagined it in the Mills and Boons novels, haha) Well, mental checklist (ticked)

This is what we do. Changing nutritional habits in the community...

At the market, roadshow... a teacher who decided to get started for her health, and her family of 8... Do your part.....

May not be as glamorous, but hey, this is what we do service to the community...service to many..
Some will, some won't, no problem, the next one will....

It doesn't matter how crazy you may seem right now.... If you type failure in google search, you may see alot of names, J K Rowling who got rejected by several publishers and became one of the richest authors because of Harry Potter, Walt Disney was "not creative" but won the hearts of the entire world now.... the many successful names now, has once or many time failed. but they never stopped trying...

Winners are called winners because they never stopped. They try again again and again and again...

QUESTION IS HOW??

It's not said enough.....

The BIGGER the WHY, the EASIER the HOW! Jim Rohn....

If you can list WHY you want to be Successful VS WHY you cannot be Successful? I suggest you do the first list.... We are not born, labeled as failures, or shy, or NOT going to be successful, or ordinary person.... Equal opportunity for everyone to achieve what the heart's desire.. Life provides everything you want if you have two things....goals, willingness to learn and do and desire. Be sure to balance it alot with Personal Development, Jim Rohn always said, Work Harder on yourself that you do on your job. We can always be better... a better person, a better daughter/son/mother/father/wife/husband....

Work in Progress #WIP

Yesterday we were having a little fellowship with a colleague after a meeting. He has been doing Herbalife for the past 7 years. A humble person, loving husband, a man of God, and everything nice you find in a person. The best part about being in this field, you meet different kinds of people, personalities, character, and the reason why they're in Herbalife. Staying in business for long term, and it's interesting how you find similarities, because I'm sure birds of the same feathers flock together, maybe in different types of personalities and background, but you know how we see our reflection in the mirror sometimes?

Anyway he was sharing how they could fly to Europe for a few weeks to make a dream wedding happen for their niece, whose mum is a single mum. If you have financial and TIME freedom, those are priceless moments. :)

Nobody is perfect, everybody is struggling in keeping the balance of being a wholesome person. Physical, spiritual, family... I recalled back what Bea Bos, Chairman's Club said in the Macau World Team School in 2012, we're all WORK IN PROGRESS.

Yea, I think whether as a person in life, in career, family, relationships, herbalife customer or moreso herbalife distributors, you find yourself doing the above. I've been in many situations like that where I may felt I couldn't balance it all, or may be still trying to do that now. So take your first step starting today...

Jim Rohn said, Start from where you are and with what you have. If you're broke, start broke, if you're sick, start there.... Where you start is not where you'll end up to be if you make that decision to make some changes in your philosophies and life.

My dad, the one that's always right, even when you hate to admit it, "If you cannot take the first step, you won't take the next (2nd) step" True. So, let's take the immediate next step. Wanna lose 10kg, take first step to lose the first 2kg! Wanna have a better future? Go Extravaganza Bangkok!

Tickets are apparently sold out, but good news it extended till today (29th April) 5pm! So, get to your coach, to get your ticket. I cannot say enough, to say how Extravaganza has changed my life to see the future that I could designed. It was 4 years back. I'm thankful. I truly am grateful that I took the leap of faith to go see something I knew nothing of. It was not an easy decision, but I believed that  I could find an answer and I did. :)

Jim Rohn said in his Exceptional Living tape, WHY NOT YOU? Eating at those neat sidewalk cafes in Paris? (pic above). I sat in my office cubicle listened to Jim Rohn tapes during lunch time imagining myself in Paris believe it or not. And it happened.

Disclaimer: Herbalife actually modelled the best parts of Paris (moulin rouge, metropolitan, sidewalk cafes)  inside the finale party during Summit! How cool? It was too cold anyways to be sitting on the sidewalk cafes in Paris, so Herbalife made it happened for us!

Herbalife for Life. Gen H! :D :D

And a little trip I took on my own in Amalfi, because I found it in the map while planning a quick getaway before Paris. It was a great soul searching trip, that I think only made possible because I chose to see what Herbalife could offer or was it for me? Helping people to achieve what they want in health and wealth, and going for my dreams too!

If you're already a distributor, find your coach now to get your ticket. If you're not and interested to look into how to design the life that you want by losing some extra weight or making part time income, contact me at 0125302682, Felicia or uptownlife234@gmail.com :)

Lifestyle is the art of discovering ways to live uniquely

Recently a friend asked me, "Why do you live so simple?" "You're still the same" I smiled, and this is what I answered, "Money doesn't change who I am" Then I thought of Jim Rohn's quote that has said something about money and lifestyle, first is that many can earn well, not many cannot live well.

And secondly, money only magnifies more of what you are. If you hand a  gambler with money, guess what he will do with the money?

Recent trip: Amalfi Coast, having breakfast facing the Azure Sea.

I'm grateful that I have an opportunity to discover many ways to live a unique lifestyle. And so speaking of a unique lifestyle, I went on a five days journey in Southern Italy to perfect my "Il dolce far niente" The art of doing nothing. Time wasn't wasted, I had 14 hours plane ride, 5 hours of train ride, and 1 hour bus ride to reach Amalfi. 20 hours journey!

View of the coast from the hotel I'm staying at. Cloudy weather and winter makes it breathtaking. 20 hours journey and waking up to this is worth it!

BEST Pizza in Naples. At Sorbillo's , I personally tried both Da Michele and Sorbillo, but I prefer Da Michele.

Just like what Julia Roberts said.

Best espresso at Piazza Dante, at Cafe Mexico, Naples! :) BEST!

Statue of father of italian language at the Piazza. Y U NO USE Herbalife?
This is what I felt the statue was saying! :D

#thewongs at Summit Paris! Dream it Believe it Achieve it!
We will be in Hawaii Honors 2014 with our team! Yes!

The original FIT CLUB peeps that was in the Herbalife US Fit club, Hannah and Val from California! Amazing! They are so tall in real life!

HFF Dinner at the Louvre Carousel. With the dinner and live auction, we raised USD 1 million for the Herbalife Family Foundation!! :)

And so I met the guy that said everything that was true at Singapore Extravaganza 2010, Mr Dan Waldron. Amazing story, can you believe he was a furniture repairman earning $7.50 once? 30 years on Herbalife nutrition! Phew! Who would've thought? Meet him in Bangkok Extravaganza 2013!
Life changing Experience!!!

Remember I was this girl, who had a big dream. I'm grateful that Herbalife found me, and I found a mission in life that was aligned with my philosophies and values, Changing People's Lives, yes, indeed it has changed mine and my family. It's through hard work, imagination, learning, relearning and staying power to be here where I am, let's make this the best journey of our lives. Afterall you only live one. #yolo! ;)

Level 10 Updates!

What a SPECTACULAR 2013 has been for everyone? How's everyone doing? Sorry, I've been busy (and still is!) and just a quick update, I think this is really good for me to journal down because time flies! it's already the end of February! Yikes!

We officially graduated class of 2013 Freshman! Here we are at the Spectacular as Hosts (Mariani and I with the General Manager of Herbalife Malaysia Mr K R Sridhar, Chairman's Club and Legend John Tartol, and Vice President of Herbalife Asia Pacific Bill Rahn.

Part of our dream team, with God's grace our team is growing bigger!

Resolution 2013 is at test! How's everyone doing on that part? I was watching Dr Oz: Belly Fat, and he was saying that yes DIET is like holding your breath underwater and everyone makes mistakes, you just got to U-Turn and get back on track! Awesome!
Ok, this is me in late 2008. Before I made a U-turn. Thank God I did! Low energy, 3-6 cups of coffee a day, bad food, just not feeling good at all. On top of it a waistline of 34 inches! Not ideal defo!

This is me now after 4 years, 24 and feeling so much better.
Getting on track with 20% workout and 80% Nutrition was the best decision of my life so far, besides the many things in life I feel so thankful for. Thank you to my coach, who helped me, and thank you to the people who inspired me with their fitness results, all over 88 countries and 33 years already! So phew, I'm not a white rat in the lab, and neither will you be too. :)

But I feel I can be better, doesn't everyone?

So this is my GET fit Journal Beginning of ABSTRACT, Abs that Attract!

And I'm getting back on track on my LEVEL10 fitness which I have casually been doing, as you know, casualness leads to casualties. So let's get back on track!

And so my nutrition coaching business is expanding, and I'm so grateful for this 4 years journey, travelling to so many different places far and near, meeting people over the world, the highlight of my career is this! Summit in Paris! Will be updating my travel over the next 2 weeks, from Naples, Italy to Paris, France. :)

Many travels this year, many adventures and challenges ahead, let's embrace it. I will share of a few more life changing stories in my coming post! For now au revoir! ;)

For people who's looking to look leaner and LEVEL 10 results and a nutrition coaching business opportunity part time or full time with me, call me Felicia at  +60125302682 or email me at herbalife.felicia@gmail.com !!!!

31st December 2012

It's time of the year to look back at what you've done the past 364 days, mostly with full of gratitude, reflect a little on it, self- evaluate from 1-10 your performance on 2012. Turning 24 just 11 days ago, does make me a little wise, I hope.

Did I set a goal? Made a plan? Get to work, stick to it, and reached my goals... Let's scroll! :)

Working events to events: We started the year with February Spectacular 2012, 33 of our team went, and started on a rough journey, it was the beginning of throwing out the weeds and planting new seeds, and nurturing a team. Then we had 50 people in Extravaganza Singapore in May. Then a little more than 12 of us at Herbalife University in Macau in September.

Also, my first Indonesian Spectacular in January, met new friends and visited new clubs in Jakarta. It was my first time riding the "Angkot" (common transportation)...

Personal moments: Doing a small part in the HFF Dinner in Macau- a sight to behold, generous millionaires (amazing leadership) giving out money for charity really was an eye opener (We raised over USD1 Million in 3 hours!

Representing Malaysia and Gen H for Future Millionaire Team Retreat in Macau, hosting for Chairman's Club Michael Palmsteirna Hamilton in Penang, 10km Star Walk and finished 6th place with a medal, and a photo with the Korean leadership. All of them gave a new the meaning to NEVER GIVING UP and Unity!

Travels 2012: I can't tell you enough how much I treasure travelling, I just dislike packing, but travel and seeing the world is just awesome. Riding the transformer ride in Singapore, thumbs up at Stonehenge, take the Eurostar from Paris-London, visit the Sacre Couer, Montmatre-beautiful view of Pairs, thumbs up again at the Thames and Big Ben, and having dinner at Chartier, having a cool French waiter like Jessie and eating escargot!

Jim Rohn said this, "Why not you soaking up history in London, or having lunch in those neat sidewalk cafe in Paris, one day gaze directly at the MonaLisa?"

And I did. I still need someone to pinch me. :) #amillionthankyous will not be adequate.

Harry Potter geek: Most of us grew up with Harry Potter and when I planned my trip to London, the studio just had opened a couple months, so I'm super lucky and the best 12 pounds I spent taking the photo of me riding the broomstick! Butter beer tasted like root beer, but we spent a good 3 hours at the Warner Bros' studio oogling at all the HP props.

So it's goodbye 2012. You have been so kind. And so adventurous, all the hardships, and tears, sweat and blood paid off. And best part is, I'm just getting started.

I'm embracing 2013 with a Spectacular plan! And I know adventure awaits, and I pray for more wisdom, patience, and discipline to take on the next year.

The best decision I've made since 2009 or in 2012, is constantly asking myself this questions:

Who am I around?
What are these associations doing to me?
Is that ok? Positive/negative? Good/Bad?

One of the best stories I hold on and pass it on....

Perhaps you've heard the story of the little bird. He had his wing over his eye and he was crying.

The owl said to the bird, "You are crying."

"Yes," said the little bird, and he pulled his wing away from his eye.

"Oh, I see," said the owl. "You're crying because the big bird pecked out your eye."

And the little bird said, "No, I'm not crying because the big bird pecked out my eye. I'm crying because I let him."

It's easy to let influence shape our lives, to let associations determine our direction, to let pressures overwhelm us, and to let tides take us. The big question is: Are we letting ourselves become what we wish to become?

Recently there is this career/edu ad that came out, "What success means to you?"

People answered: Happiness, balance career and family, money, education...

For me success is simple, may be summarized in a few quotes

1) Be grateful of what you have while in pursuit of finer things in life.
2) The greatest value is not what we acquire, the greatest value in life is what we've become
3) Friedrich Nietzsche said: “He who has a Why to live for, can bear almost any How.”

Jim Rohn said: “If the WHY is big enough the HOW becomes easy.

So Farewell 2012! I want to take this opportunity to wish everyone a happy new year! May you continue to have passion in whatever you do! Also for those whom I've crossed paths with, thank you for your friendship.... I pray for everybody to be wiser, stronger and better in 2013!

And first of order of success: is showing up! Let's be a Now person, not next time, tomorrow... ;)
See you in Spectacular 2013! Live to be inspired and to inspire!

What if you're 50 and broke?

Everybody needs a mentor, just like Jim Rohn did when his mentor, Earl Shoaff asked him,

How much money you saved and invested the last six years?

and most of us silently asking and answer ourselves this question, " zero" "not much" or uh... "I didn't save any"

Yes admit it, we have messed up! Who sold you on that plan? What if you were 50 and broke? Better know now, than when it's too late to do anything?

How many books have you read the last 90 days? Wisdom of the world available to you... and we did not read? You have messed up! How many classes have you taken in the last 6 months to improve your skills? We didn't? We messed up!

Take a measure of how we're doing with our philosophy, attitude, activities and then results-end of the day, end of the week. We can't let time go by without checking...

RESULTS reflects everything. The truth. About our Philosophy, Attitude, Activities. Powerful wisdom. Willing to face the numbers, and looking at the results, Good? Celebrate! Not so Good? Fix it!

Things we learn from a movie, or a song... About dreams and fears

Today I want talk about Dreams. Sometimes when you hear, You've got to dream, think BIG! and some, really, most of us don't even know where to start or even have a fear of it. We think less of ourselves, we don't think we deserve to live our dreams (voices: What about all the children without food in Africa when you treat yourself to a $2000 dollars handbag) Yes, that voice too... Any kind of thoughts that don't support us, and we feel Terrified. Dreams, and then terrified, and then doubt and then the whole process go on and on and on for years, that's why people don't change or afraid to anything different in their lives.

I do take my hat off to individuals who have had the same routine for the past 30 years and stays happy, but when you sit down alone, and reflect, Can we have something more? Is it possible? Like this new quote I love, "I don't need easy, I just need possible" Would you have tried more than once to change or do something different if given a chance, platform , opportunity to do so? Who knows. My mum has been at her job for 30 years, and I really salute her, and because I know her personally, she does enjoy her work, and in fact very good at what she does. I don't think someone like her would regret, but it's what she does in her next 50 years in life, don't you think? Where she want to be? What she wants to do? Contribute back? Or her dreams she has kept, and best part if she could live it through her children?

If I have to two message for people my age and parents. Below would be it.

I'm thankful that I chose a less travelled road, followed my dreams, found another calling along the way. I'm thankful my parents gave me a chance although it wasn't easy to make them understand in the beginning. But they were my pillars when others look at me in disbelief. I thank people who are sceptic, because you're my fuel and motivation to do better in life.

For Young Adults: Live your dream. Even if you make mistakes. Even if you live the pain of discipline. It's better then living the pain of regrets when you're 65 and look back in your life and go "There's so many things I couldn't do!'

For Parents: Let your children find their dream and live it. Even if they make mistakes, feel bad about it, come back to you, and all you can do is tell them, "Stand right back. You'll be alright!"

I love movies. Just recently watched Tangled (A Rapunzel movie which I taught would be something like a normal Disney Hero saves girl movie) But it's more than that, it's about dreams, and fears and can be summed in the quote from the movie as below:

Rapunzel: I've been looking out of a window for eighteen years, dreaming about what I might feel like when those lights rise in the sky. What if it's not everything I dreamed it would be?
Flynn Rider: It will be.
Rapunzel: And what if it is? What do I do then?
Flynn Rider: Well, that's the good part I guess. You get to go find a new dream.

It's so powerful. Yes, what if what you're doing now and going after now, is something that is below your expectations? And so what if it really is what you dream of? What do you do... BEST PART: You get to go find a new dream! :) Wow...

In terms of business and coaching that I do now, I find some people amusing really. What do they want? What do they don't want? Do they even know they live in the present? Or just because something didn't happen to them, they're caught in a limbo of fantasy, the life that they always wanted, living in the illusion is okay? Call it submission to parents wishes, peer pressure, how the society view what's normal and what's not....

I just pray everyday for better strength and wisdom, to be able to see through my emotions, and distractions, and stay focus on living life at present. Being thankful what I have today, and in pursuit of finer things in life. :)

And may I suggest, to start writing down, in images if possible what you want in life. What you focus on increases. Not everything is money, but a lot of things is less worry if you have enough to have and to give. Health, Wealth, and everything in balance.

This is from the Founder Circle, Kims of Herbalife Korea, steps of life and leadership which I'll probably dedicate another post on it. :)

And for anybody in life, or Herbalife team, always remember to give your best. Don't quit till you got nothing left! Decide to join us in Spectacular 2013.

A story about Tomorrow

I had to share this quote from Jim Rohn. I listen to Jim Rohn whenever I can, mornings on my computer, or mostly in the car, do you know according to an study, we spend average 233 hours a year commuting? Read. If you don't know how long is that, the same time can be used to/for:

Earn an MBA 35% faster
Read 25 books a year
Clean our 83 closets! (wow!)
Train for a marathon

Amazing right? Instead of wasting away listening to the radio, or ads, or weather, put on your Jim Rohn cd. If you're a Herbalife distributor, do it pronto, you'll have an intellectual feast and all i can say it really helps you in both ways, life and in business.

Anyways, yes speaking of Jim Rohn, I cannot say enough how much he has contribute, or should we listen to him, I think if the 10% of the world listen to this amazing philosophy, the world will be a better place already. Personal development is everything you need. With it, you have balance, in life, in career, family, financial... I'm not talking about motivation, just simple philosophy that rule our daily lives.

I just want to post this quote which I think is right to the point, just a bullseye.

"The problem with waiting until tomorrow is that when it finally arrives,
it is called today." -- Jim Rohn

Yes, we like to say, let's do it tomorrow, let's catch up sometime, tomorrow or whenever.. Often asked the question, when would you like to start? Something along the lines, of "Let me think about it and get back to you tomorrow"

Let's do it today, because when tomorrow arrives, it's called today. So WHY Not now? Why not touch some more lives today? Why not be the better person today? Why not you? Why not now?

Thoughts to ponder

We stay because we believe.
We leave because we are disillusioned.
We come back because we are lost.
We die because we are committed.

The Professionals (1966)

From Jim Rohn CD Leadership Volume: 2

Leslie Stanford and Jim Rohn, Toronto, Canada:

Build a career and Balance your life. Can you achieve both in Herbalife?

"It's possible to refine your time; to such a degree you can include everything; the spiritual, the family side, the health side, the culture" Look inside for the strength, Look outside for the ways and means"

"Be influenced by those who know what they're talking about" "Make a study of your life, your opportunity, your future"

The Five People You Spend Time With

Not the people you meet in heaven by Mitch Albom, let's look somewhere closer to home. The other I was sitting down with a team member. She had a good personality but seem not to be able to perform at her work. She's full time, has a daily place to report for work everyday but apparently doesn't show in the end results for the past 6 months. As a leader or a coach, you have to let people to make mistakes but if you can help them to make less, by showing pointers, sometimes you end up being a student. Jim Rohn has this good quote,

“You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.”

Aha moment for me, as I told her to think about the team of people she worked with everyday for the past 6 months. These people has something in common, not very good, I'm afraid. If people that aren't motivated, not excited, no reason of being  somewhere (at least not on their own will) why would they want to help you to grow?

That was what went wrong. So, I know even if your best friend, family, sometimes you have to draw a line. If you want to grow, if you want to change, be with someone that encourages you, not pull you down. This is no longer in school, you can change if you want to. "You're not a tree, change!" You can dream to be a millionaire, if you hang out with people who has no desire to succeed. I'm not saying they don't have the ability, everybody does, equal opportunity, but when you don't have  a WHY or reason, you know you have to do something about it.

I've also learned that it's okay to ask someone if they're serious. First, you help to differentiate serious and curious. Really, how many times have you frustrate yourself and others, when something does not work, reason being one of the party is not willing to commit? And you do want the best for both sides, and makes lives easier too! I was asked this Are you serious? question so many times, and that was the best for me, because it made me who I am now. So, don't feel insulted, or don't feel you're too hard on someone. :)

So, yes, association and commitment to something you want to do, two essential factors in anything you apply really. :)

A Golden Attitude

I think Jim Rohn have said this before, "Those who read very little have rickets of the mind". Basically, kekurangan minda. Definition of rickets on wikipedia. It does not matter if you're 25 or 50 years old, if you don't grow, it's just too bad.

In Herbalife business, I have found myself challenging the fact that your income usually never exceed your personal development (simple nak faham, pembinaan karektor dalaman). After a little more than 3 years, I've come to terms to accept it. And I hope if anybody who's new and ready to go, excited about the Herbalife opportunity will take time to grow, because that's the biggest return in the business; which is the person you become, not how much you make.

I'm just one of the many stories you will find. Now that my income is more than my age, and it grew 20 times over the past 12 months. It's crazy but I've seen it, and observed it and learned and still learning, from my own mistakes, many of others' mistakes. Ramai orang yang datang memang teruja, super excited and then some don't last-hilang je macam tu. If you don't like that to happen to yourself, decide now. Where do you want to be? Where do you want to go? But like what Mark Hughes says "It's easy to have a great attitude when everything goes right for you, but it takes a GOLDEN attitude when nothing is working right". Right. Sikap yang luar biasa. Rasa rendah diri, sentiasa nak belajar.

And usually kalau nak ada masalah, ada je problem dia. Masalah komunikasi dengan orang (dalam team, sideline, between groups). Usually masalah dengan orang je, the most complicated puzzle. Chairman's Club, Stephan Gratziani gave one of the best trainings two times in KL, one that most people would remember during 2012 Spectacular. There will be more leadership, President's team and so forth, so most likely ego will also be 5000 time more. Human nature. Human error.

So, I'd like to suggest like what we do in our retail pitching just like with our own personal relationship with others, be it customers or distributors, try not to get into argument. actually just don't. I guess it's not easy, if you don't grow personally, you'll find yourself attracting lots of problems. But it's simple, just don't complicate it. Read more of Vitamins for the Mind by Jim Rohn. listen to the tapes, read the books like eating an apple a day. You'll find yourself to be the bigger person.

My coach reminded me too, ask yourself this question "Do I want my ego, or do I want my cheque to grow?" :) I think if you're having a conflict at any moment, this is a really good question to ask.

If everything else seems so hard to swallow like a bitter pill. "The best revenge is to do well!" Nobody can argue with success.
